If you want to close your Apple Music account, you have several options. You can either go online and close the account or contact Apple Music support. They offer email and live chat support. Ensure that you have all of your account details ready before you contact them. You can also delete all of your songs and profile.
Cancel Apple Music subscription
You can cancel your Apple Music subscription through the Apple Music app or in iTunes. You can also cancel the subscription via the Mac System Preferences. You can also cancel the subscription from your iPhone or iPad. To do so, first sign into your Apple ID account. In the Account Info page, select the subfolder called “Subscriptions.” On the Subscriptions page, click “Off” to turn off Apple Music.
To cancel your Apple Music subscription, visit your Settings app on your iOS device and click on “Subscriptions”. Alternatively, you can do so from your PC by using the Safari browser. First, sign in to your Apple Music account and select the “account” icon. Then, scroll down to the Subscription section. Click on the Manage button and select “Cancel Subscription.”
If you’re on a Mac, you can also cancel your Apple Music subscription. The process is slightly different than for iOS devices, but it’s the same. You’ll need to confirm your cancellation with a confirmation email. The confirmation email will be sent to your Apple ID address.
Reset Apple Music library
If you’ve deleted your Apple Music account, you may need to reset the Apple Music library to reload the music you lost. To do this, follow the steps below. First, turn on iCloud Music Library. If the option isn’t already turned on, turn it on and you’ll be able to access your lost library. This will also prevent Apple Music from deleting your music in the future.
If you’re using a Mac or Windows computer, you can easily reset your Apple Music library by logging into your Apple Music account. To do this, navigate to iTunes, click on your profile photo, and then select the three dots menu at the top of the screen. Then, click on Reset Library. After this, you’ll be asked to confirm your decision to reset the Apple Music library.
Before you can reset the Apple Music library, you should check whether you’re an Apple Music or iTunes Match user. If so, the Apple Music app doesn’t take up much space, but songs downloaded from Apple Music can take up storage space on your phone. By removing these songs, you’ll free up storage space for other things like apps, pictures, and updates.
Delete songs
Apple hasn’t yet provided a clear explanation on how to delete songs from an Apple Music account. Regardless of the method you use, you’ll need a back up of your iPhone or iPad before attempting to delete a song from your Apple Music account. Likewise, before attempting to delete any song from your iPhone or iPad, you’ll need to ensure that syncing with your computer has been disabled.
First, go to the song’s page in Apple Music. If you have downloaded it, you’ll need to select it and press “Remove Download.” This will remove the song from your computer’s hard drive but keep the song’s entry in your iTunes library for offline listening.
The next step is to select the songs you’d like to delete in the Music app. Go to the Library tab at the top of the page, where you’ll find your Apple Music library. Tap on a song to select it. If it is adjacent to another song, hold down the Shift key while clicking. For non-contiguous songs, hold down the Command or Control keys while selecting them. Next, click the Album View or Artist View icon on the right of each song’s title. When you’re ready, hit the Delete key on your keyboard to confirm the deletion. You’ll also find an option to delete the song in the Song menu.
Delete profile
If you’ve made an account on Apple Music, you probably wonder how to delete it. While the process can be somewhat complicated, you can check out Apple’s support communities for assistance. Just be aware that deleting your profile will also remove all connections from Apple Music. This means that you’ll need to re-setup your profile and reconnect with your friends.
To delete a profile, go to the Apple Music app on your iOS device. Select the “For You” tab in the top menu and click “View Profile.” Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click “Edit” on the profile icon. You can also click on the “Choose” button in the bottom right corner. From here, you can also select “Delete From Library.”
After you have decided to delete your profile, you will be left with an empty music library. You can, however, create a new profile if you wish to continue listening to music on your iOS device. Then, you can use that new profile to choose your favorite tracks again.
